The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission meeting originally scheduled for February 22, 2023, and February 23, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. (CST) has been postponed.

The next meeting date will be posted in the usual manner.

Tennessee OSHA improves occupational safety and health through enforcement of the general industry, construction and agricultural occupational safety and health standards in workplaces.

Consultative Services

We assist employers in achieving a safe and healthful workplace for their employees. Reduce workplace injuries and illnesses, reduce costs, and increase profits without the worry of citations or monetary penalties. This no-cost service is designed to assist employers in developing or enhancing safety and health management systems.

Training & Education

TOSHA Training Services assist employers, employees, and their representatives in reducing safety and health hazards in their workplaces and in complying with the requirements of Tennessee OSHA standards and regulations. Join us in our effort of reducing safety and health hazards in your workplace.

Fatality, Hospitalization & Amputation Reporting

Employers are required by law to report all workplace fatalities within EIGHT hours of occurrence. All work-related inpatient hospitalizations, all amputations and all losses of an eye must be reported within 24 hours.

File a Safety Complaint

You have the right to file a complaint and request an inspection if you believe a safety and health hazard exists.

TOSHA Online Penalty Payment

You may pay your penalty online using a credit card or electronic check. There will be a convenience fee added to credit card payments. There will be no fee added to an electronic check payment.

Attend the Safety Conference
